Wonderful Experience

Lauren and Ben were great agents to work with. This was the first time I ever sold a house and they made it extremely easy to do so. The Tidwell Team went above and beyond assisting in every part of the process, from helping stage the home to appeal to a wider buying audience, quickly responding to any and all questions, as well as helping find the perfect listing price to allow us to be competitive in a highly competitive market. Trusted Agents to help with new build!

We chose the Tidwell Team to help us find a home because they were trusted friends. Sometimes it is tricky doing business with a friend but it was never a problem. It took us a few months to make a decision. We were new to Denver and they helped us learn about different areas of town. Because Lauren grew up here we trusted her to show us areas we would like. We ended up building a home in the development where Lauren took us on the first day we began looking. They were very patient with us as we viewed homes and came to better understand our priorities in choosing a home. When we decided to build they continued to be present and provide help throughout the eleven month process until we had closed. We have recommended them to a number of friends and family because they work hard, know the business, are trustworthy and are genuinely kind people.

Absolutely recommend!

Ben and Lauren were an easy choice for us when considering realtors in the greater Denver area. Though it helped that we previously knew them as friends, what sealed the deal for us was their extensive knowledge of the various Denver neighborhoods, their quick response times, their care for their clients, and their honesty! We appreciated when they'd make sure to tell us if they saw reasons a property may not be a good fit for us, and would tell us ways to make our offer as competitive as possible while working within what we were comfortable with. Given that we were looking to buy a fixer upper, their own experience remodeling homes made them great resources to us as we considered what projects and updates may be possible in any given property we visited.
